What is The E-Beetle Run?

The E-Beetle Run will see the E-Beetle travel across Canada on a 13-day tour that will stop at major cities and small towns.

While the E-Beetle charges at major stops, the time will be used to host community education events. With the car used as a centre-piece for discussion, these events will be an opportunity for the E-Beetle team to discuss the future of electric vehicles.

Sponsorship Needs

To make The E-Beetle Tour happen, the car’s current batteries need to be upgraded to a  Lithium-based battery pack. We need sponsorship support to acquire this battery and estimate the total need to be approximately $39,000.

As the E-Beetle travels through Canada, it will garner media and public attention. Who can resist or ignore a vintage Beetle? Sponsoring the tour is your chance to gain mass exposure for your brand and to show that you are a supporter of innovative student projects as well as green technologies.

Below you will find a number of sponsorship packages that have been designed to fit any marketing budget. For your support, you will receive a portion of the car’s exterior to be used for the duration of the tour as an advertising platform for your brand.
